🏆 Official Rules – Limit Breaker Fitness 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge – $1,000 Total Prizes Available

• This contest is 100% free to enter. No purchase, payment, or fee is required to join.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Erie, PA residents only

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be male

• Must have an active Instagram account set to public

• Must be willing to post daily check-in photos and participate group workouts

3. Entry Process

To enter:

1. Complete the official entry form linked in the ad or bio

2. Agree to the rules, including photo and social media requirements

3. 10 contestants will be selected by Limit Breaker Fitness based on form responses

Entries close on ____, 2025. Selected contestants will be notified by phone. Contest will only commence if there are enough entries.

4. Contest Format

• Contest runs for 90 Days starting on ______, 2025

• Each contestant will receive a training and nutrition program

• Each contestant must fill in the workout program on google sheets with sets, reps, and weights used

• Each contestant will participate in 2 group workouts every week.

• 3 missed workouts will result in automatic disqualification

• Contestants must post a daily gym or workout photo on Instagram

• Each post must tag https://www.instagram.com/limitbreakerfitnesseriepa/

• Posts must be public, visible and made by midnight (local time)

• Missed social media check-ins may result in disqualification – total check ins will be favored

5. Photo & Progress Tracking

• All contestants must submit 4 official progress photos on Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90.

• By entering, contestants agree to allow Limit Breaker Fitness to use their photos and transformation stories for marketing, education, and promotional purposes

• No full names or personal contact information will be shared without permission

6. Winner Selection

At the end of the contest:

• 3 finalists will be chosen by Limit Breaker Fitness

• Finalists are judged based on:

• Total weight lost in pounds

• Check-in consistency (missed posts = deductions)

• Overall commitment and progress

7. Public Voting

• The 3 finalists will be presented for public vote

• Voting will take place on Instagram

• Voting is open for 24 hours

• The finalist with the most votes will win $700

• The runner-up will receive $300

8. Disclaimers

• This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or YouTube

• Participants agree to release Instagram, YouTube, and all platforms from responsibility

• All decisions made by Limit Breaker Fitness are final

9. Privacy & Terms
